The (FBC) Fluidised Bed Combustion fired HAG system consists of a Fluidised Bed Combustion Furnace, Radiative Heat Exchanger, Convective Heat Exchanger, Heat Recovery Unit, Air pollution control equipment as well as Invertor controlled fans.

  • RADIATIVE HEAT EXCHANGER:

    Radiative Heat Exchanger comprises of a bank of S.S. Pipes, welded with a free floating Box Header, which rested on rollers, supported on a channel frame.
 
  • CONVECTIVE HEAT EXCHANGER:

    Convective Heat Exchanger comprises of a bank of S.S./M.S Pipes, welded with a free floating Box Header rested on rollers, supported on a channel frame. These heat exchangers are in two stages, for increasing the overall system efficiency.
 
  • HEAT RECOVERY UNIT [HRU]:

    It recovers heat from the flue gases, and in turn heats the incoming clean atmospheric air by cross flow design.
 
  • POLLUTION CONTROL EQUIPMENT:

    High efficiency Cyclone is provided for collecting fine ash from flue gases emitted in the ambient through the stack.
 
  • FBC FURNACE WITH WIND BOX:

    Groundnut shell / Coal / Lignite fired FBC system comprises of a Nozzle plate with attached Air Plenum and a side structure frame bolted with Nozzle plate . Graded CI (Cast iron) nozzles are fitted on top of the nozzle plate. Sand drain pockets are provided for removal of heavy unwanted silica particles from the FBC Furnace.
 
  • FUEL FEEDING WITH SCREW CONVEYOR SYSTEM:

    Screw conveyors driven by motors feed the fuel continuously to the furnace through specially designed Fuel feeding venturi system aided by the SFD Fan air.
 
  • REFRACTORY MATERIAL:

    All the standard / specially shaped refractory bricks for the furnace walls along with fixtures and holders are provided. The required Insulation bricks, mortar cements are provided by us. (For Furnace / Heat Exchanger area Refractory work.)
 
  • INSTRUMENTATION AND SAFETY INTERLOCKS:

    The system offered is extremely simple and convenient to operate. Alarms and safety interlocks have been provided to ensure correct working of the HAG. The following are few of the safety inter locks.

    - Unless C.A. Fan is switched on, the I.D.Fan / F.D.Fan / S.F.D.Fan / Fuel feeders will not operate.
    - In case of high hot air temperature audio/visual alarms are activated on the panel.
    - In case of high bed temperature audio/visual alarms are activated on the panel and fuel feeder speed is lowered down to minimum.
    - In case of high and low condition of hot air duct pressure audio/visual alarms are activated on the panel for required observations and corrections.
    - Visual alarms are activated, in case of fault in invertors.

    PID Temperature controllers are provided for indicating/controlling:

    - Furnace bed temperature
    - Flue gas temperature
    - Outlet Hot air temperature

    Pressure transmitter and controller is provided for controlling :

    - Outlet hot air duct pressure.

    Draft gauges are provided at
    Air wind box
    Furnace suction pressure
 
  • CONTROL PANEL:

    The panel is PLC based having sophisticated but user friendly controls enabling the operator to run the HAG in automatic or manual mode as desired. The control panel consists of main MCCB, inverter drives for fans and feeders with individual MCBs, annunciation module with hooter, PID controllers, indicating lamps and one auxiliary contact.
